What Makes Us Different: Our Mission Statement
Associated Appraisers was formed in 1986, and all appraisers are members of the Appraisal Institute and three are members ofthe American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers.
Our mission statement is to serve our clients in a timely manner, by providing credible appraisal reports and consulting services.
Our appraisers are Washington and Oregon general certified and adhere to the Unified Standards of the Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), and have additional expertise exceeding most state certification and licensing requirements. Our appraisers participate in a continuing education program to constantly be kept abreast of current trends. New courses on timely topics help our appraisers keep on the cutting edge of modern appraisal methodology that is beyond requirements set for state certified general appraisers.
